I mentioned earlier that the key feature of this mattress is the coil over coil construction. Rows of coil are seated on top of another row of coil. It gives off a softer mattress effect which is ideal for those who want the “heavenly” type of mattress feel. Recent reports say Simmons is going to merge with another giant mattress company, Serta, so the customer service is going to get better. Just make sure you keep the warranty proofs safely for proof of purchase.
