BeautyRest Mattress

The BeautyRest mattress by Simmons is an innerspring mattress with a few twists (please forgive the pun). Simmons introduced the BeautyRest mattress in 1925, when they introduced their patented Pocketed Coil springs. These mattresses were given the seal of approval by Eleanor Roosevelt and many stars of the silver screen when they made their debut. 

The BeautyRest mattress is available in four models: the Classic, the World Class, the Exceptionale and the Black. All the BeautyRest mattresses feature the Pocketed Coil springs, and they are available in Firm, Plush and Pillowtop varieties. 

The "BeautyRest Classic" – Comfort that fits the budget 

For ease of comparison, we’ll compare coil counts on a Queen size mattress in each category. The Classic has 800 Pocketed Coils, each encased in a soft fabric and nestled together. The edges of the mattress sport two rows of heavy gauge Pocketed Coils to make a firm edge for sitting. It also expands the sleeping area. You have a choice of premium foam or a memory foam top. The Classic offers a Motion Separation Index of one. 

The "BeautyRest World Class" – Comfort on a whole new level 

The World Class, in comparison has 980 Pocketed Coils density packed throughout the mattress. It features a 360 degree foam encasement with three inches of high density foam to support the edge. The World Class model offers a wide variety of foams to choose from, including premium foam, memory foam, latex foam and a combination of latex and memory foam. The Motion Separation Index for the World Class model is two.

The "BeautyRest Exceptionale" – Ultra comfort

The Exceptionale goes a step further… giving you two layers of Pocketed Coils, which number 1,960 in all. The Exceptionale also gives you the 360 degree foam encasement for excellent edge support, and the same foam choices as the World Class. The Exceptionale’s Motion Separation Index is a three. 

The "BeautyRest Black" – Into the lap of luxury 

For true luxury, you need look no further than the BeautyRest Black. They provide the Advanced Pocketed Coils… a combination of three strands that provide unsurpassed motion separation that conforms to the shape of your body. It also is encompassed by a foam encasement all around the mattress. Layers of natural latex foam and memory foam add to your sleeping enjoyment. 

And for the ultimate in bedtime luxury, the various models of BeautyRest Black give you comfort layers of the softest wool, silk and alpaca. The mattress cover is a circular knit fabric made with 100% natural yarn featuring the softest exotic cashmere.
