After purchasing, had to go back for pickup and told the man about the bad reviews and he laughed, said it's common practice for other retailers to slam each other's mattresses so I felt better about the money spent. Got it home and absolutely would recommend to anyone. It's firm but comfortable and I've had no hip pain or shoulder pain now after only 4 days on it. Just purchased this mattress and love it. I didn't want to get out of bed. This bed is amazing. We were saving up to buy the temperpudic but this bed is the best bed I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone that has shoulder blade pain, back pain, leg pain .. I could go on .. Only after 6 months the bed is sagging with response from the manufactue or Mancinis these people are crooks and dont value customers at all.
