Luxury Equals an Aireloom Mattress
About Aireloom
Since it was first introduced in the 1940’s, Aireloom has been known to define style and luxury in its line of handcrafted mattresses. While production was temporarily stopped in 1990 following the death of its patriarch, King Karpen, the brand managed to gain its former glory in 2004 when a new line of Aireloom mattress was re-introduced into the market.
This fresh rebranding by Aireloom promises the same luxury but with the added pressure relief and support attributed to innovations in technology and ergonomic design. Since then, each mattress was made in such a way that it conforms to the user’s body – allowing for maximum ease and comfort.
Bringing the Aireloom mattress back into the market for luxury sleep products was based on the idea that this generation is in dire need of a good night’s sleep what with the stressful life that most people tend to lead.
The Mattress
Aireloom has always been associated with luxury mattresses. It comes with a relatively more expensive price tag so that it is classified under high-end products. But the brand promises to give consumers a good value for their money as it features hand-made mattresses that apply the latest technological innovations to help each user feel more comfortable. All the mattresses come in a unique handcrafted design that specifically works to prevent the materials inside from moving around.
Adding to the comfort that an Aireloom offers is its foam encased edges. Most of the brand’s mattresses also contain layer after layer of fine materials including Latex and Viscoelastic foam. It also features an eight-way hand-tied foundation that is designed to offer balanced alignment, making the mattress last longer. No sagging sides or clumps in the middle for this mattress.
Consumer Reviews
Apparently, the price is still one of the main concerns that consumers have with regards to this brand of mattress. Some reviews call Aireloom the Rolls-Royce of mattresses – it can be a tad expensive for the middle class homeowner’s budget. In fact, some models have been found to be more than the blue book value of a car. So this brand is essentially suited for those who, for the sake of comfort, are willing to splurge on a luxury mattress.
For the most part, the latest released line of Aireloom mattress have been living up to the reputation of luxury that it was known for when the brand was still under the management of its original creators. It has been found to be durable enough. There were isolated reviews about some products sagging at the sides after just a couple of months of use but these are very few and far in between. The company is always available for a replacement; which is a good thing.
The Verdict
On the whole, an Aireloom mattress can give you a good value for your money as it offers the same comfort and luxury that it has been known for. The added expense may be a bit impractical for most consumers, though. On a scale of one to five, this brand can easily run away with a score of 4.
Back from Aireloom Mattress to Best Mattress Reviews
aireloom mattress has been the worst ever bed we have purchased. Only after 6 months the bed is sagging with response from the manufactue or Mancinis these people are crooks and dont value customers at all. Stay away from both!!!!!!!!!
I have tried a zillion beds. I only want latex. I love the aireloom but then I saw this site. Looking to buy the 8″ Natural Latex
Pros: Everything especially the return policy!
Cons: I won’t be able to try it before buying it.
Do you know anything about this bed?
Thank you,
Inette
I just bought my very first Aireloom and this is the first morning that I woke up with NO BACK PAIN.. I didn’t want to get out of bed. This bed is amazing. We were saving up to buy the temperpudic but this bed is the best bed I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone that has shoulder blade pain, back pain, leg pain .. I could go on .. I love this mattress.. worth every penny
Just purchased this mattress and love it. After purchasing, had to go back for pickup and told the man about the bad reviews and he laughed, said it’s common practice for other retailers to slam each other’s mattresses so I felt better about the money spent. Got it home and absolutely would recommend to anyone. It’s firm but comfortable and I’ve had no hip pain or shoulder pain now after only 4 days on it.
DONT BUY KLUFT OR AIRELOOM MATTRESSES. We purchased a Aireloom mattress and upgraded to the Latex pillow top and paid big $$$$. WORST Mattress we have ever slept on… After 4 years of back pain, we are throwing it away! The sagging is terrible, we rotated & flipped per instructions. We contacted the new owners: Kluft Mattress for almost a year, they sent out someone to measure and said it sagged 1.75″. NOT enough to cover the “Aireloom Warranty”. but a KLUFT mattress would have been under warranty with greater then 1.5″. We did not read blogs before we purchased…STAY AWAY from KLUFT and AIRELOOM
